Two options
The admin consent approves read-only Graph API access. The app cannot write, modify, or delete anything in your tenant. You can revoke it any time in Entra ID → Enterprise applications.
A Microsoft sign-in popup should appear. If nothing opened, check your browser's address bar for a "Pop-up blocked" notice and click Allow.
