Fees for our services are subject to change and will be communicated prior to engagement commencement. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
Compliance365 is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of client data. We will not disclose any Confidential Information unless required by law or permitted by the Client. Our data handling practices comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Compliance365 cannot guarantee complete immunity from cybersecurity threats. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from cyber threats or incidents beyond our control.
All materials, tools, and reports produced by Compliance365 are our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for internal business purposes only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Compliance365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
